To celebrate the rebuild of the Young Vic, D-Fuse will be performing a commissioned piece about the History of the 34 year old theatre on the closing night. This will be followed by a freeform VJ set, with Musicians Dan Faulkner, Fluid [No Bones] + Ambidextrous.

Saturday night 2.30 AM in the Mixmedia Tent, D-Fuse will Remix Koyaanisqatsi Live with Spanish electronica Musician Fibla [Spark]. Also on Friday night in the Cinema tent between 6.30 - 7.30PM, D-Fuse will screen 1 hour of D-Fuse films including their latest movies - Brilliant City + Data Flow. D-Fuse + the musician Matthias Kispert produced the new D-Fuse movie Brilliant City during a stay in Shanghai with the British Council Artist Link Program. The title refers to the location, a residential complex comprised of 25 highrises in the northern part of Shanghai. It is entirely shot from the 34th floor of one of the buildings + stages a peeping tom view of the city below, capturing everyday activities that can be observed from this vantage point such as training soldiers, building activity, traffic, gardening. As part of the Video-Pool Archive curated by Manu Luksch, the latest D-Fuse movie Brilliant City was shown. The Video-Pool Archive + the Symposium events explore how video technology nowadays has become part of the urban fabric.

As part of the London Symphony Orchestra Educational Programme D-Fuse has been working on a 1 week VJing workshop. In St Lukes church the work shop will run next to an audio work shop. On Saturday the students will present a 30 minutes set of their own audio/visual mixed + present their edited work.

Experimental audio, unsual video is a festival focused on web-creation, experimental audio + new audiovisual trends. D-Fuse was part of the VJ panel talk about the future development of VJ culture. As part of the festival closing night D-Fuse performed a VJ set alongside Tim Taylor [Missile] on the roof terrace of the Ateneo Marcantil.

D-Tonate_00 is getting some good feedback + Reviews. Time Out 16.06.04 featured a main feature review in DVD releases section. 'This is Swish'. Also Music Week 07.06.04 gave the dvd a thumbs up, as well as the French Magazine Chronic'Art #15. Additionally DJ Mag's August's issue will write a feature in its VJ SCAN section.
